Word out of New Hampshire today is that Segway, makers of those way-cool, two-wheeled, upright transporter-thingies, has signed on with PixelMEDIA to develop its new corporate Web site. (Yeah, we know: Z-z-z-z-z…) Seems Segway can’t get much traction with consumers, and is looking for better ways to spread the word about its product. They should’ve asked us, and saved themselves some time and money: LEASE THEM! Everyone we know would love to have one, at least for a little while. The company should lease them like cars, to get more on the road and let folks try them without spending $3,000 to $5,000. Man, do we have to think of everything?
