I know the question was rhetorical but I will answer it anyway. The idea for the wind chime urns came from me, the grand-father of a nine month old little girl who lost her mother to a drunk driver in 2005.

I was seeking a way to somehow allow her a connection to her mother as she grows up. One day I saw her delight while playing with a wind-chime and the idea was born.

Sounds like a great product. It would probably be a great gift for grandma at Christmas time
