If you have a pressure-washing business, how do you market your services and promote your group? The Power Washers of North America (Yeah, they really DO exist) will be out in force (Heh.) on July 18 in Washington, D.C., as group members do a mass cleaning of the Lincoln Memorial. “The work will be completed from 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. [and] spectators and the media are invited to watch as contractors restore one of our nation’s most cherished monuments for free,” the group said in a release. But they also added this: “Pressure washers will clean sections of the Lincoln Memorial to remove dirt, discarded gum and food stains as part of the PWNA's Clean Across America program.” Ick. Maybe they should aim those nozzles at a few tourists, eh? Just a thought….
