TOP OF THE MORNING

We’ve got one favorite hat in the closet, a black wool fedora that we like to believe makes us look like a dressed up Indiana Jones. Of course, the family mocks us mercilessly when we wear it, so it usually just adorns a shelf. Fortunately for the good folks at Hat Life.com, they’re not so easily intimidated. They’ve compiled what they call the “World's Foremost Hat Directory” at Hat Life. According to a release, “The 2007 guide features dozens of stories on trends, interviews with industry newsmakers, and an expanded, segmented directory of hat retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers.” Now, if only guys started wearing hats again, everything in their world would be perfect. And we could wear our hat without fear of ridicule.
