It's been bad news recently for toymakers who have their goods manufactured in China. Lead-paint scares have some parents freakin' out. Now along comes a company called Extreme Health USA, which is pushing "an Easy-To-Use but comprehensive hair test" to check lead levels in kids. Interested parents can request a kit, snip some of the kids’ hairs, and send it back in a prepaid envelope (along with a $85.95 fee). Results are then sent back to worried folks within 7-10 days. "The test will also screen for other toxic heavy metals besides Lead, such as: Aluminum, Antimony, Arsenic, Bismuth, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel and Tin," they tell us. 'Cause you really have to watch your kids’ Antimony intake.
